They are an upmarket self-catering guesthouse, featuring 7 fully equipped and well appointed self-catering units. Situated in a quiet and upmarket neighbourhood in Swakopmund, with the beach literally one minute’s walk away.

All the rooms are well-appointed, and all feature a kitchen with fridge, microwave, two-plate hob (some have 2-plate hob with oven), filter coffee machine and kettle, and comes complete with all cutlery and cooking utensils one might need. The kitchen is also very well appointed.

All the units feature TVs, with the four 1^st floor luxury units featuring full DSTV, while the ground floor units only have M-Net. The ground floor units also sport radios. All the 1^st floor units except one have balconies with Weber BBQ’s; two of the luxury units on the 1^st floor offer stunning views of sunsets over the Atlantic ocean from their sea-facing balconies, while a 3^rd unit offers a partial view of the ocean from the windows. The partial sea-view unit is large, and doubles as the 1^st floor family unit, sleeping 6 people.
The three ground floor units each have their own small patio in front of the units, equipped with garden furniture and BBQ facilities. Two is smaller, more suited to two people, while the 3^rd ground floor unit is a large, two-bedroom family unit, sleeping 6 people.
They have two garages for guests, and fully secure parking inside the yard, as well as guest / visitor parking in front of the guesthouse.
They offer laundry services, and breakfast can  also be arranged, if requested well in advance. They do not currently offer the breakfast, but the situation might change in due course.
