FULL DAY TOUR: DESERT HIKING (09:00 - 16:00)

You will make your way into the oldest living deserts in the world. You will experience the absolute tranquility off the desert mostly by foot. You will learn about the biodiversity and the two aspects of desert. The first part of this tour will start in the dunes, with an educational hike whilst on the lookout for the deserts many living creatures and interesting plants. You can by chance aspect to see animals such as: chameleons, lizards, geckos, snakes, spiders and much more! Around mid day you shall find a shady spot to enjoy a picnic lunch along the Swakopmund River. After lunch you will hike along the river bed, a complete different landscape and who knows what you may find! Return back to Swakopmund where your guide will drop you off at your accommodation.
