Our camp is officially opened from 01.04.2003. Only 2 km away from the main road C39 , hidden in a valley with a river, you can enjoy the peace and incredible and remarkable landscape.

Consisting of 9 spacious campsites with own braai area and enough shade for you and your vehicle and self catering en-suite Safari Tents, as well as 5 Standard Tents (sharing the ablution facilities), also with own shade parking, rock garden and braai area. The sites are well chosen to give you the utmost space to enjoy and relax and feel the unspoiled wilderness surrounding you. (You do not need to look onto your neighbors plate).

At the main building you will find a bar, swimming pool, fish pond and many more.

Driving the C39 from Khorixas towards Torra Bay, you will pass the Petrified Forest on your right hand side. After 75km gravel road in good condition you come to the turn off to Twyfelfontein on your left hand side. On your right hand side you will see George’s Shop. Continue straight for another 100m you will find the turn off to Camp Xaragu on your right hand side. Our camp is not to miss as there are several signs from there on. It is possible to reach the camp with a normal sedan.
